Capital Kids DC is an educational childcare center and preschool in the West End neighborhood who has provided nurturing care for over 25 years. Our center has adopted the Experience Curriculum, a research-backed, play-based curriculum where children are nurtured and encouraged to discover, explore, and learn in a variety of ways. We are a family-owned and operated center where the teachers, director, and owners know and value each child and family.
Parents need flexible care options and we are pleased to offer both full time and part-time care for parents who split their time between the home and office. Also, Capital Kids DC is open from 7:30am to 6pm to help support parents who need a few extra minutes of care at the beginning or end of the work day. Located on the border of Georgetown in the West End neighborhood, we take field trips during the summer to explore our incredible city!
